The summer is the perfect season to go to the beach, the river, the water parks or the swimming pools. There is nothing better than spending a hot summer day having fun in the family water. But for many parents we are concerned not only to have fun, but also the safety of our children and ourselves in the water.
Accidents can happen in a matter of seconds, so the first thing I’d like to recommend is that you know how to swim and that you stay away from deep waters.
Here are some tips to prevent accidents in the water:
Make sure your children are always supervised by an adult.
No one should swim alone. This advice goes to both children and adults.
Charge a first aid kit with you, it is also advisable to know CPR and other first aid courses.
On your cell phone, have the emergency numbers written down.
Follow the indications in the pools, beaches, etc. Send this same teaching to your children.
Children should always wear a life jacket.
Remember to follow these tips and behave yours in the comments.
